All the rooms at Parkside are very clean and nice. They are all furnished and they come with a twin bed with huge under bed storage, a desk, and a chair. Most of the rooms have a big closet for even more storage and for the room that doesn't have a closet comes with a wordrobe.

The rate includes utility, Internet, and Cable TV. (Price is as of January, 2007)
